Can you explain why no taxes on Expekt and yes taxes on Royal Vegas?

Expekt.com is licenced and certified by
lotteries & gaming authority - Malta EU

Royal Vegas is licenced who knows where (outside EU)

They have withdrawn bonusses already earned by players, and to the best of my knowledge, frozen accounts unfairly.
I haven't lost any money myself, but if it gets accepted for poker sites to treat people unfair, many will be in Jeopardy.

I play at Prima only because of some very soft games there. (Way softer than party. And no it is not NL, PL or FL hold'em.)

Yes. if your annual income is appr. 70K a year you have to pay 68% of any excess money made, in any way. (Denmark only).

Well, my last post was written in a hurry.

It goes something like this (This goes for only Denmark):

The first 12K you make each year is tax-free.
Thereafter you pay apr. 43% of the next apr. 40
Then apr. 57% of the next 18K
And Apr. 68% of the rest.

Im not into this so the numbers may be a little inacurrate. (When people have to figure out the exact numbers, they disagree, those in favour of lower taxes says it's higher, while those in favour of higher taxes, says it's lower.)
Anyway the legislation is a jungle. There are lawyers making a living from finding loop-holes in the law, for rich people.

You have to pay taxes from almost all incomes, but NOT lotterie or casino winnings inside the EU.

It gets better; when you buy a car, you pay the price of the car, and an 180% charge to the state. Gasoline is heavily taxed too, off course.

Then again, all hospitalization is free, except for some cosmetic operations.

speaking of golden riviera bonus, i whored them a month or 2- deposit 50, get 20. then i'd cash out after completing the requirements and start over the next weekend. but stopped getting the email about it a month ago. did they stop that for anyone else? can i still get the 20 even though i don't get an email invite? remind me- is it 5x, 10x playthrough or what?

[/ QUOTE ]

I get the email virtually every weekend. There's only been 2 or 3 weekends in the last year that I didn't get one. Not sure what their criteria is, but I'd guess that you could get the free $20 even if you didn't get the email. Haven't tried it though.

I think it's 5x playthrough, but not 100% on that.
