Poker tracker Help

Ok, I'm new to Poker Tracker. I would like to learn how to use it to get an edge. I'm sure something like this exists somewhere on the internet, I was just wondering if someone could point me to a good guide.

I'm looking for a program that I can use with software that doesn't store hand history. A program where I manually enter how much I've made/lost, how long, time, etc.
