You can hit the skin signup in multiple succession with $500 -- I swear it pours in when you do that.

Thanks to everyone with kind words. I always knew there was something different about the 2+2 forums, and I mean besides the technical know-how & willingness to share knowledge.

Its that the people here are just good people.

I welcome this turn of events as an interesting challenge that I am bound to learn from. I'm not complaining. I'm actually happy that I was able to pay our tax bill with my BR. If it weren't for poker we would have a much more serious problem. Becasue of poker, we have no problem. There are many other people in this world with real problems, some right here on this board.

I'll post progress reports as I go.

Doesn't Doyle Brunson say that Poker Players are one of the most noble breeds? Get them bonuses in and you'll be back in the game in no time.

Don't rush it.

You will make it to whatever limit you choose. Just don't put pressure on yourself to earn certian amounts by a certian date or by the amount of hands played. It is the only advice I could think of to give you.

There is no rush, enjoy it, and as always learn as you go. They hold the WSOP every year. Forever.

Damn, taxes sure suck. I'm sure you'll be back up and running in no time dude. We should have a pool on how long it will take you to move up to 1/2

On a completely unrelated note, I cashed out 30% of my roll to buy a PSP. I didn't mind really because I'm not ready to move up from .5/1 yet, and I'm still left with more than enough bank for that limit. I want to log another 8k hands or so before tackling 1/2 just to be sure I'm not on some massive lucky upswing.

Unfortunately, I'm a little short of the max needed for the Empire reload tomorrow. Wonder if I can clear Intertops this weekend

Hey, Grunchcan... sorry to hear you're down in 0.50/1.00 with the rest of us GRANNY-clearing slobs.

Neat to see another 2+2er at my table, though.

Yeah...that's what I always say. Right after, "Ah crap, I guess it's about time to move..."
