Clear value bet on the river ?
Party 15/30, very good table.
UTG has slightly loose raising standards but plays reasonably post flop. BB is a poor player. E.g. cold called a preflop raise with Q2s. I also have a note on him that he simply doesn't slowplay, when he flops big he goes to war; he loves a check raise though. With that said here is the hand. UTG raises and I 3 bet with Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Folded to BB who calls, as does UTG. Flop is 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. BB leads out, UTG calls, I raise, BB 3 bets, UTG folds and I call. I plan to raise almost any card on the turn. Turn is J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. He checks, I bet and he check raises. I just call. River is J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. He checks. |

No, just check it through. Great card for you. You may have counterfited his two pair, but he still could have a set turned full.

Re: Clear value bet on the river ?
yes, bet. as i'm sure you know, you now beat a flopped two pair, which is a likely holding for him.

If you don't bet you should start shopping at H&M and pierce your belly button.
