Default How do you multitable

How do you guys multi talbe. Right now I start up ten at a time and wait for all ten to be over before I start a new set of ten. Ive also seen people start up ten and add a new one whenever they lose in another this seems tough though. Is this the best way to maximize hourly rate or are there others? How do you guys multitable?

I play in sets (unless I bust out really early on one). My old body appreciates it if I stand up and move around for a minute once in a while.

starting up new ones when the other are gone is obviously a higher $/hr but it can be a little harder to do but if you can 10 table in sets I would definitely try 10 tabling continuously.
