Default Buy-in for 1/3 NL at Wynn

I will be heading out to Vegas this weekend and intend to play some NL at the Wynn. I know that they don't have a Max buy-in, but what is a typical buy-in. I don't want to buy in short.

Thanks,

Vince

Thanks. That was my plan, but I didn't want run into a game that has a typical $1,000 buy-in or something ridiculous like that.

Played there last weekend. Half the table bought for $300, the other half for something less.

Was it loose-passive like most other low-stakes NL games?

I played on a Sunday from 12-5PM, but I would guess the crowd was representative of what you will see. For the most part the table was loose-passive. There was one maniac at my table. A couple of guys had a clue, everyone else was pretty much a calling station so you could get out of the way when they raised. You will enjoy the experience. One thing that is funny is the $3 chips. Most players get confused and the dealer will usually say it's 5 chips to you instead of $15. The average raise was $9-$12 and there was very little re-raising.

The room is excellent. The cocktail waitresses are OUTSTANDING. Hopefully you get a table with a view of the rail.

Good Luck!

What other (read higher) NL games are they spreading now? What are the typical buy-ins like?

You can also look here: http://www.allvegaspoker.com. Click on the link to the Wynn on the right side of the page.

There is no max buy-in for any of their NL games.
