poker tracker not loading SNGs correctly

Over the last 10 days or so I have had an odd problem with Poker Tracker and SNG tourneys.

Often when I try to import a hand history, I get the error

"C:\Poker\hand_histories\pty_12222004_13.txt : Tourney Number: 8089947 - Couldn't find all players who finished in position 4 - 10 in the TOURNEY_SUMMARY table. Cannot load tournament summary."

It appears that not all of the hands and summaries have loaded. How can I fix this?

I just installed the latest PT update today, and the problem persists.

I also have this problem for the last weeks, I got no help at PT forum. If you solve this please post soultion here, thanks.

I just emailed support and will post the response. In the meantime, Pat do you know what the problem might be?
