in Massachusetts, you can NOT deduct gambling losses from gambling wins. So, even losing poker players need to pay taxes for their winning sessions. I shudder even thinking about doing my taxes later this year.

I envy it, too. Unfortunately, I am an American living in Ireland, so I get the worst of everything when it comes to tax.

I envy it, too. Unfortunately, I am an American living in Ireland, so I get the worst of everything when it comes to tax.

so we pay tax on our winning what happen when we lost 200k a yrs can we use that to get a tax cut?
