Yeah rasing the turn looks like the best move here. You have to think that you have the best hand at this point. UTG+2 could easily have a hand like A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] since he is a pretty aggressive player (not a bad way to play the hand). He doesn't know you are sitting on a hand that can only be beat by QQ or AK/AJ [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] so get in there and mix it up (he might be on a lower flush but it is doubtful).
