Eurobet buttons missing

I recently signed up at Eurobet for one of those deals which must not be named, and to get access to the most craptacular players on earth.

I've been having a problem tonight and it's making the site unplayable. Every now and then my buttons disappear. The pre-action buttons are there but when it comes be my turn to act I have no buttons and thus cannot act and get timed out.

Is this common?

Is there anything I can do about it?
