Default Bad turn call?

Very loose B&M 3/6 table

I get 77 on the button. There are six limpers. I call.

Flop: K-K-5

Checked to me. I bet. Two callers, 3rd seat and 7th.

Turn: 6

Checked to me. I bet. 3rd seat raises. 7th seat folds. I call.

River: 2

3rd checks. I check.

Should I have called the turn raise?

Was I incorrect in thinking my hand was good on the flop against eight players? Should I have checked?

Your flop bet was fine a lot of players are sticking in with any 5, PP or Ace. Checking here just gives all the monkeys a free chance to hit any card above a 7. Betting gives you a decent chance to fold hands like QJ, KT, 89s etc.

Being raised on the turn here with a decent hand is no fun. Whether you fold or call here is totally player dependent, if he is just your standard live B&M monkey and/or you got no real feel for him calling down is still profitable.

I think you need to bet this river here, when he raises you then slows down on the river. I think you can definately bet here profitably. If he does happen to checkraise you here again with a K or a boat its unfortunate, but you are going to get an extra bet here more often then you lose to a checkraise or a hand beating you.
