Hi deacsoft,
I think you should work on not alerting your opponents to the fact that you're observing them. That way, you can see how they act when they don't know they're being scrutinized, and how they act differently when you allow them to know that you're staring them down. I think most players will tell you that just wearing sunglasses will have the effect of tightening up the table somewhat, since it's an obvious sign of how seriously you're taking the game.

Sincerest apologies all around, friends. I can't exactly remember typing all of that, but I don't think I can blame any of my drunk buddies, or the housecat. Yes, alcohol can be the root of all evil, sometimes. I think I was simply responding, with appreciation, to the concept of using a paper bag over your head to play poker. Also, an evil-looking hockey mask would be pretty cool. What is the oddest thing anyone has seen of this genre? I have to say that the "Unibomber" guy on WPT was really pushing the limits. As far as kicking anyone's ass. It was obviously not intended as a physical threat to anyone in particular or in general. I think I was referring to the fact that if I was able to put a paper bag over my head and drink beer, that I would take any of you guys down in a game of poker. Yes, I was quite drunk. I am sure if my point came accross clearly, I would be getting urgent emails inquiring about how much money I could put on the table. lmao. Ah beer. So, chuckle away, please. Uh, I just belched and it tasted exactly like Budweiser. Thank god I don't get hangovers. --Cents

wasn't there a previous thread by someone who wanted to wear a big rainbow wig and clown-glasses if he got to the WSOP?? this was a few months ago as i recall.
i remember someone responding that a big staredown on an all-in bet or something would be pretty hilarious.
