Is check/calling this river better? or are there to many pairs that would call if you bet?
I think there is quite a high chance he doesnt have an A and with those stats there is a good chance he would make a bluff on the river? True

Players like this don't bet their pocket pairs, and will always call with them. I also don't see bluffs all that often here and bluff raises even less often.
