when I worked at the ----- with the life safty department of the construction division my headache box was located right next to security. so we heard all the poop from the renta cops about which lawsuites were going where.

in the short time i was there they had 5 basic injury type lawsuits going. who many got settled for a monitary sum for the plaintiffs.

One the ones going on was when A customer got rammed into by a rolling kiosk owned by a subcontractor. the casino paid off in six figures.

change carts and maids carts rounded out the other 4.

I head somthing about some other slips but nothing to report here.

so you are pretty wrong about who gets sued and how successful they are at defending against them.

In fact their SOP is to settle ASAP.
