first thing the Saints have done right in years, now if they could sign a QB

Aaron is just as valuable to the team as Deuce is.

If that is what you want to believe

Let me ask you this. If you offered every team in the league one of the two, who do they take? If you offered every team in the league a swap of running backs, how many would swap? If you offered every team in the league a swap of quaterbacks, how many would swap?

This is irrelavant. How many teams would have traded for John Elway compared to Terrell Davis in his earlier years. In the NFL its all about the system this is the reason not many player for player trades. He is saying Aaroon Brooks has value for the Saints not for other franchises. Also you would have a much better chance of trading Aaroon Brooks to a team like Denver or Carolina who has 4 running backs then you would trading Duece to them.

If this sin't Brooks' last year they should fire the GM and hire anyone on earth but him. Exactly ZERO teams would trade for him with the idea of him being their QB as anything but a stop-gap. The Saints will turn it over to McPherson next year--yes, the guy who got kicked out of FSU. Who in the hell gets kicked out of FSU?

How is it irrelevant? Many teams would have swapped their QB for Elway. Many teams would have swapped their RB for Davis. Who is going to swap their QB for Brooks? It isn't like he is a rookie.

Fact is most teams would trade their starting RB for Deuce. Hardly any would trade their starting QB for Brooks. Doesn't take a NFL GM to see which one is more valueable.

He's done after this year. The guy is not a winner. They go absolutely nowhere with him at QB. He's horrible. I know he can put up good numbers, but he's simply not a winner.
