Raise to 25 is good here. Gives him incorrect pot odds to call for the flush or straight and you are way ahead of almost anything else.

Agreed. $30 looks good. Hero needs to be raising that flop first though.

very standard hand in NL. Pot size raise the flop (you let him draw cheaply by calling and you can most likely get more value). 1/2-2/3 pot size bet this turn.

EDIT: In NL the object is to extract the most you can from him and still have him call incorrectly. If you know he will call pot sized bets on every street chasing a draw by all means bet the pot.
