Default A hypothetical flush draw + overs situation

This situation has happened to me a few times recently and I want to make sure I'm doing it right..

6-max $400. Your first orbit at the table and you have no reads on anybody.

You raise to $14 UTG w/ KcQc. The button calls ($400), and the blinds fold.

The flop is 8c 6c 5h. You bet the pot ~$30. He raises to $90.

Easy push?

Same scenario.. but this time you raise in the CO. The BB calls. Same hand, same flop. BB checks, you bet pot, he check raises to $90.

Is this a push too?

I push both, I find ppl call and sometimes im [censored], call and have something like 98 and its a race, or, more often than not, they fold.
