Default ($22) Live and die by the river.

I hated these 3 hands. In hindsight, I think all of them were folds, but I want your comments on these.

Thx.

Don't you ever bet? The idea is not to see the river...

hand 1 is horrible. lead the flop. when you whiff the flop, RAISE THE TURN!! river play is fine I guess, although you should have defined the hand on earlier streets.

hand 2: BET THE FLOP. you have 75% equity on the flop - try to get it all in there. turn and river are fine I guess and river is more of a crying call hoping he has ... uhh AQ I guess. nothing else that you beat. I might just fold river.

hand 3: call leever.

I was just thinking the same thing. There were several opportunities to semi-bluff or bet for value in there. Checking and calling with everything just won't get it done. And I don't know that I'd fold that last hand when you did. That guy is basically full of [censored].

Yeah, not betting the flop on hand 2 sucks. I don't think not betting the flop on hand 1 was as bad as hand 2, but I see your point.

Hand 1 I bet the pot on the flop. If I didn't do that, I would have raised SB's turn bet (to 80-100). If SB bet big on the river, I'd consider folding.

Hand 2 I probably bet the pot on the turn -- I'd be worried if I got raised. As you played it, I'd have trouble folding on the river although it does look like button wants to be called.

Hand 3 I might try to steal on the turn (either he has an Ace, flush draw, or I'm taking the pot). I'm not sure about the river. If he has an Ace, he doesn't have the flush draw, so he should have bet on the flop or turn. He may be bluffing thinking you would have bet by now if you had anything. A read on UTG+1 would help.

I atleast bet half of the pot on the flop in the first two hands. I then continue and bet half the pots on the turn for those two. In the turn on the 3rd i bet half the pot as a semi bluff.
