Default My Play, Brilliant: Netflix and Dating

So, I am in the middle of a divorce and mired in a bit of a slump in the romanticsexualnotgettingmycarrotwet kind of way and I am really bad at making any sort of move whatsoever. So there's this girl I've been interested in, but I wasn't really sure how to approach the subject of going out with her. So I gave her my Netflix account information and had her pick some movies for me. She asked that when "Love, Actually" arrives that I call her because she'd like to watch it with me.

Feel free to steal this idea and claim it as your own.

Here is a brilliant play I saw while taking the bus home today. I have no idea if the guy had this planned out beforehand or not. This guy is on the bus with his kid who looks to be about 4 or 5. An attractive girl gets on the bus and sits across from him. The kid stares at her for a little bit, then points at her and says in a really cute voice "daddy, she's pretty." She gets a little flustered, but the dad sparks up a convo right away. I had to get off, so I didn't see how it turned out, but it was definetly a brilliant opener.

Christ, you don't have the balls to just make a move, so you have to let her make it for you?

Obviously, your going to get laid. But you have to watch that piece of crap first. That could have been avoided.

This sounds like a replay of that meeting chicks through dog walking in the park schtick.

Using the kid could be a good angle on a lot of things. You should teach her to shoplift.
