The Bet365.com customer service is terrible. I am trying to make a withdraw from their site. I used Neteller to deposit the money. When I go to take money out, it says I can not. I emailed them and they said my Neteller account details were wrong. I checked and matched them up to perfection. I still can not take the money out. I emailed them back and they gave me the same run around. I sent them back a response and it has been 48 hours and still no reply.

I am pretty upset as my money is tied up and I have wasted three days of playing poker. Is there anything I can do about it? Can I go above them, maybe to Prima?

Give them a ring, I think they have a freephone number and are open 24hrs. I also had a bad experience with bet365 because they started charging me for withdrawals and found their email support terrible.

use this method to make a Neteller withdrawal from Bet365.

1. log into your neteller account

2. click on "Transfers" tab

3. Transfer to/from Merchants

4. merchant tranfer code - BET34725

5. Transfer FROM

6. enter transfer amount

7. merchant account id is YOUR username on bet365

8. wait 24 hours for funds to clear

9. you get one free withdrawal per month

Thanks for the tip. Hopefully they will process and not give me a hard time about it. I hope the other Prima sites are better.

Yea they are AWFUL.. I deposit with Moneybookers and wait 3 hours and my bonus still isnt there.

They tell me due to bonus abuse with MONEYBOOKERS I have to wait until I receive a letter in the mail from them PHYSICAL mail and return it to verify my identity. [censored] such bullshit.

I had the same problem I deposited from Neteller to Bet 365 but you have to do it as a ETF transfer . To with draw money you have to go to Neteller and do a merchant to merchant transfer setup with neteller and have your account details fro bet and the amount of money you want to withdraw. Bet 365 will not let you withdraw money within 48 hrs too. Contact neteller for assistance they are pretty helpful
