Default Short-handed

I realize this is uncommon, but when 3 players bust in the first three hands and the blinds start coming around more often, what's a good way to adjust? Do you still wait till the blinds account for about 10% of your stack before you start push/folding? Do you start "playing poker," i.e. getting in for flops with non-premium hands and just stay out of trouble with postflop play? This is a $6.50 Stars turbo, I suppose that's different from a PP game. When I'm the one that takes in all the other guys' stacks, I just chill out and let the other guys shoot themselves in the foot, so I'm not used to being Mr. Below Avg. stack.

I don't think early busts should change your strategy much if you're not one of the people who doubled up. Just keep playing solidly until the blinds are a significant chunk of your stack, then apply the standard aggression.
