I don't like your check on the turn. You most likely have the best hand and are only behind AK (unlikely), 99 and 77 (often raised preflop at 6-max, but depends on your read.) Most likely hand for villain is KQ, maybe KdQd. I think you need to bet the turn to protect your hand.
River play is fine, although you are most likely beat. BB probably put you on AK or AA the way you played. |

Bet 3/4 pot on the turn, Check the river.

He is in the BB so he could easily have a hand like 86. I would prefer to bet the turn and check the river than vice versa. Once you check the turn, though, I guess you can bet the river because it is very doubtful he is going for a check/raise when you haven't shown any aggression on the turn so he would have no reason to expect a bet on the river either. Maybe you get a call by a counterfeited ace like A9s. I really can't see any other hand that he calls the flop and river with that you beat.
