Just curious to see who fires at it again? Oh yeah, reads. The SB is fishy and the BB is Loose Agressive Pre and Post flop.

Re: Fire again on the turn?
Since you're on the button, I might have fired another round. If I was upfront, I certainly wouldn't. If they were both on the draw, I don't know that anyone's staying in because any smaller pairs are now counterfitted.

Re: Fire again on the turn?
Yes I fire again on the turn. The only person that card would have helped is Ax[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Re: Fire again on the turn?
I would fire again and fold to a check/raise. The way you played it, you're basically saying that the A hurt you and you are willing to fold if someone shows strength.
Would you have checked that turn holding AK (no spades) instead of JJ? |

Re: Fire again on the turn?
I think you guys are right. I think this is really sloppy thinking on my part and pitifully weak poker overall.
As usual, thanks for the replies. |

Re: Fire again on the turn?
Bet again. This is a very draw-heavy board, and anyone with an 8 or spades is staying in. Make them pay to see the river, and check behind if no draws hit.

Re: Fire again on the turn?
i think you should've bet more on the flop instead of 12 dollars... that's like half the pot... try betting 20?
