If you really believe his Limp-re-raise, why are you capping this flop? Don't you think you have to hit the flop at that point?

if you're WA/WB on the flop, then you're WA/WB on the river, so why raise this river? we need more of a read, but the stats suggest that we're not in good shape.

I would raise the flop here. I see so many retarded LRR's and I would be really pissed if he turned over QTo and I had not raised him at any point. If he 3-bets the flop, then I call down and feel a little better.
