It helps me, in the specific circumstances I mentioned...your mileage may vary. Personally, I don't use it all the time. I've probably used it 5 or 6 times in the last 6 months, most recently during a 200 BB downswing.

I had 2 200bb and 3 100bb downswings (all separate) last month and still ended up with a winning October. Swings happen, especially at SH. Post hands. Review hands. You will regain your confidence.

Tilt blocker- I love it - not in the sense that it's the Holy Grail answer to my troubles, but the fact that it's so simple and can be effective. I tried it and felt it def. helped me focus on my game and not the $. I know if my game is good, the $ will follow. Thanks for helping me put another tool in the tool box!
