ROI / buy-in level in MTTs

Hey guys...

I'm mostly an STT player, and in STTs there's more or less an acceptable ROI / buy-in level. Is there such a thing in MTTs?

If so, how many MTTs get you an statistically significant sample of what is your ROI?

Last, but not least, the e-penis question: what is your ROI? At what level and after how many tourneys?
