I am very much in the habit of calling down open four-flushes with two pair. One pair isn't enough, though. In this case in particular, he check-raised fifth with something, right? Even if it was with "only" a draw, it got there. Even the most clueless players will get hands once in a while.

For some reason I didn't buy he had the flush, and I was correct, he didn't.

All along he was betting a gutshot straight draw, and you're right, he got it.

That is very intelligent Andy B, and a major leak in my game IMHO.

I like to win 'pots' but you're saying its better to fold this and bide by time, and eventually as long as he and I are at the table together I will win his money.
