Default Party 10/20 NL, Easy top 2 fold?

I have been playing pretty LAG at a my full 10/20 table. I've got about 8k and the villain one spot to my left has 5k. I've been playing a lot of hands, but the ones i've cashed in on have been AA, KK and Pair+flush draw. I raise it to 80 with Kh7h and villain is SB and calls. Flop is Kd 7s 4s. I lead 150 he minraises to 300, I make a grand, he makes it 2.5k. Is this a pretty standard fold? (Villain took my first buy in when i reraised him with 8s9s and got a A89 flop, with him having 99)

dunno how tricky is the villian? Would he smoothcall with AA and try to trap. if i was in villians shoes with AA I may make the same bets his is, if he puts you on AK. If he does have AA than maybe his may fold it to your reraise allin putting you on a set.
