Default My Problem With Internet Poker Players

So I'm playing online the other day, doing research for my new book entitled, "How To Beat Online Poker Through Passivity: Lessons From The Coach," and this hand comes up:

I raise under the gun with AhAd. I am called in two spots by opponents that are unknown to me. One is in late position and one is the large blind.

The flop comes Js 7s 6s

The large blind leads into me, I raise, the late position player folds, the large blind makes it three bets. Obviously my hand is not best and I fold, without a second though.

Then suddenly, my opponent shows 95 offsuit with no spades, for a complete bluff! Not only that, but he writes into the chat box, "pwn!" Not only did this neanderthal make it three bets against my aces with utter trash, but he tried to insult me by blurting out three consonants. This is my biggest problem with internet players.

Look out for my new book coming out in July!

Signing off,

Coach

How to beat internet players: call them down on painfully easy to call down boards. Weak-tight isn't were the money is online.

Greg,

I scrapped the No Limit book because Limit Hold'em is my passion. Maybe I will have that published at a later date.

Best wishes,
Coach

I'd want to buy a book that teaches me to fold in that situation. You've sold me with your post! That book is going to make me a much better internet poker player for sure! Hurry up and finish it up Mr. Ciaffone, I'd like to order a few copies and pass them out at the poker rooms across the U.s.

Thank you for the encouragement! I look forward to hearing everyone's feedback when the book comes out in stores. Maybe I will even include the hand I have just posted!

Coach!

Coach,

In loose internet games where many opponents will call your UTG raise, is limping better as you can't "thin the field"?

Also, on such a drawy board with multiple opponents, can your aces have much value? You could already be beat by a set, 2 pair or a flush, and leading into a pfr shows a lot of strength. You'll lose over half the time even when you ahead now. Is calling the flop bet better?

Las Vegas. You [censored] bastard.

I always preferred Mike Caro. He sounds less insane than Coach.
