Default 67o HU. (prolly simplish, but indulge me)

HU, sb has the button. He is a decent player, makes some plays, but folds a bit much, etc. He doesnt 3bet enough though, and he will push draws, but I havent seen him go crazy or anything.

Im in BB w/ 67o. Sb raises, I call.

Flop: AsQs7h (I have no spades.)

I check-raise, he 3bets, I call.

Turn: 4d.

Whats my action.

Bonus Question:He calls my flop bet and raises my turn bet. My action?

Have you been raising alot of a-high flops? If you have he'll probably figure you're bluffing and may be 3-betting you w just two overs or something. If not, you're probably beat and can fold the turn. Tough situation. I think you went wrong when you check-raised the flop. I like check-calling and then re-evaluating on the turn with a decent chance of calling him down unless another big card comes up, although I wouldn't necessarily fold then either. The problem with c/ring this flop is that it sounds like he is the type of player who will be 3-betting you alot here and will have you beat or be drawing very live often.
