Party For Points Question

On those Party for Free Qualifiers, what happens to the leftover points when the total prizes available doesn't divide equally into the number of players (e.g 1 in 15, 1 in 30, 1 in 60). I looked at the web site but it doesn't mention it.

So if there were 329 entrants at a 1000 pt buy in and they paid out 10 qualifers, what happens to the extra 29K points?

I've pulled up a tourny lobby several times and never see a payout box either. Just wondering if those get "absorbed" by Party or are payed out in tier fashion to next top players.
