When he min-raises i figure he is freerolling me and simply decide to call and check/fold a if a heart comes on the turn. The "wrong" heart came. Anyone that calls?

No, you aren't getting odds to draw and its very unlikely he's paying off a paired river

If your read is that villain is free-rolling, why don't you just fold the flop? Are you just hoping to split?
