I can't ever remember doing this, and i thought it was rare enough that it warranted a LC post.

Party Poker 30/60 Hold'em (4 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
1 fold, Hero raises, 1 fold, BB calls.

Flop: (4.50 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (3.25 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets, Hero raises, BB calls.

River: (7.25 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets, Hero raises, BB folds.

Final Pot: 10.25 BB

ha, I tried this before once, except I bluff raised the flop and turn. he called me down with Ace high. [img]/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]

So was I, i dunno i had been messing with that guy a lot, and i was pretty sure he was just getting frustrated, it was werid.

do you think he actually folded a better hand than yours?

I think raising is better than calling since he would probably fold underpairs to the board from time to time.
