TotalBet/UKBetting 3 Threes Promo Question

I got my 3 threes today, but when I submit the form I keep getting "Page Not Found" (multiple attempts over a couple hours). I sent an email with the info to them as a backup.

Has anyone had to do this is the past, and did they handle the crediting of the bonus just as well in response to an email?

This was not exactly the same situation, but it might help:

I qualified with AAA for one of their promos. I filled out the form and submitted without a problem. But after 3 days the bonus had not shown up in my account, so I emailed them giving them all the data (be sure you retain hand#).

It took several days but they finally responded in an email, apologized for the delay and did credit my account with the bonus. You will probably get an email response eventually, if not, email them again.

I wasn't going to let it fall through the cracks.

I already got two replies (I emailed both cust. serv. and tech. support) letting me know they are reviewing it. No bonus yet, but all seems to be moving along as expected.

The submission page still did not work today, do you think everyone who hit the 3 threes has had to go the email route?

Is there a way to check if a bonus was credited? I hit one of the hole card bonuses but never knew if it was credited as I never wrote down my ending balance and play the next days.

No. I always keep a notepad or some scrap of paper next to the pc so I can note my blanace at the end of a session. Without doing that you don't have any way to verify that they added the promo bonus amount, other to email them and ask.

this is crypto? bonuses don't show on your statement in the cashier? mine show at intercasino as a PRM code.
