How much money does party have at one time?

Party's only access to the money is what gets routed to them through rake. Am I wrong? Party definitely does not need to be getting interest on deposited money... They take $100k+ in rake every day, probably. If 70% of people on party cashed out, nothing would happen. Do you have ANY CLUE how much profit they made last year? They are in no way dependent on deposits.

Pay-pro probably makes mad cheddar though.

This shouldn't be true. Any online gambling venture will need to have all player funds ringfenced so that in the event everyone did cash out they would be able to pay. Whether the licensing commission in each relevant country is controlling this strictly enough is another matter, but I would guess in Party's case they play by the rule book.

Society doesn't function this way... enterprises that hold large sums of money for whatever reason are going to reinvest that money. There is a netting out effect which causes the end-of-day balance at Party (and other institutions, banks for example) to be almost constant day to day and never dipping more than say 5%.

Institutions like Party can get lines of credit or insurance against a run. If I was a large bank I would readily give Party a line of credit or insurance for this purpose, and Party would pay me well because then they can get the interest from investing it.
