Im dealt KK in the BB, Villian in mp makes it 8 everyone folds i call

I pot it for 18 he calls
turn 6 two spades now
i bet 22$ he calls
river K but flush is out there now

pot is now 133$ i bet 40 he makes it 80 what do you do?

is the J a spade? If so he probably doesn't have it....if the J isn't a spade it's plausible that he called you with something like Js10s and and hit runner runner....not much else I can think he has here.
