Default The Correct way to Play JJ

So I have JJ in posistion, I raise huge and get one caller out of the limpers.

Flop is all undercards, I bet pot, he checkraises.

How do I proceed here against joe blow internet poker player I haven't seen before.

All I can say is that raising is pretty much never right, since it makes things easy for villain.
