Default Raise sizes

You have a stack anywhere from 1400-1800, blinds are 75-150 or 100-200, 5-6 people left, you pick up 1010 or other similar hands. Table is average. Do you put in a raise of 2.5-4x BB, or do you push here? I usually push in this situation, but once in a while I'll get by AK,AQ,KQ and they'll hit a river card and I'll wonder if it's better to raise and push on a ragged flop.

I'll normally go 3x blind with 1010 or similar. With pocket sevens I'd probably push.
