cashouts blocked??

My rakeback provider is panicking and saying cashouts are blocked for skins.. so I guess when you cashout the money disappears from your account and goes nowhere? anyone know what's going on about this? here goes:

Guys, I just got home. I dont know whats going on. Sounds like party poker split from thier skins. All I know is Eurobet and other skins have locked thier cashiers so noone can cashout, I have been asked to stop any cashouts as well until this gets sorted out. I am learning as you learn. I should have a back up plan for party poker very quickly. Hang in there.

I tried transferring $500 from the poker account at eurobets, to the "sports" account, which I understood was the necessary first step to gettin the money to neteller. The money duly left my poker account immediately, but has not yet arrived at the "sports" account. I have emailed support, but not heard anything.

Should I be concerned?
