I can't think of a hand that UTG would have that would make sense for a TAG besides maybe AQs. QQ you'd think he'd raise PF and make everyone face two cold (since he posted).

He posted; he wouldn't get first action, correct? (It's been a while since I posted UTG).

I think you have to dance in this hand. No way you are folding with a maniac in there as you only have to be correct 1 out of 3 times. So even if you lost this time, don't really worry about it as it might not have been a bad decision. You got the hand you were looking for so you pretty much have to go with it.

Brad

EDIT: There really is no way to explain his hand. If he has TT, his flop play sucks which means he is an idiot. If he has QQ, is preflop play sucks (both the post and the check-reraise) which means he is an idiot. When the 2nd Q comes on the river, it is tough for him to have the hand he is representing. The only logical hand that he can have is aces here and maybe kings.

Well, he showed QQ for the rivered quads. I was almost certain that he had that hand, but there was still doubt in my mind.

As you put it, I had to dance.

Sorry, who are we talking about with the QQ? UTG or CO?

LAG could, and has been seen to have absolutely anything. In fact, he showed down an unimproved K9o here.

Ah, that's what that was there for? That clarifies things for me (apparently, I'm the only dullard). I was wondering why you went to war with a TP-A.

Based on his preflop play, putting him on QQ is nearly impossible. That means you can't get out of 3-betting the turn. It's hard to put down the river with such a large pot.

Bummer.
