The tips at apc are pooled until the tournament is over, so slow and careless dealing happens now and then, until the tournament is over. I'm guessing the dealer your speaking about in #2 is an asian dealer, he does that all the time, you shouldn't feel forced to tip especially when all you did was pick up the blinds.

these things you have discussed are so atrociously out of line and just plain terrible that i simply wouldn't play there at all, ever, in a billion years, even if it were the only club in town. surely you can find a better place to play.
