Default Best Beat in a long time

I am out of the hand but 3 others are in.

1/2 NLHE at Foxwoods
Short stack moves in $35
CO reaises to $75
Button move in $155
CO thinks and after about 2 minutes calls.

The short stack showed me his cards (AKo) I told him he was up against AKs or AKo and at least AA-QQ. Turns out he was up against AA (button) and AKo (CO).

Flop rag rag rag (2 diamonds), turn rag diamond, river... you can guess. AKo at the button scoops pot with his A high flush.

TwoDimes.net
AA Pre-Flop 92% wins
AA on Flop 94% wins
AA on Turn 78% wins
AA on River 0%

heh the best beats are the hands drawing to backdoor flush outs. it ranks just a tad less than someone hitting a set vs your overpair after the flop's already been delt.

Same night an hour later, all in, my AA lost to AK on runner runner K...I love this game
