I bet
Canterbury 15/30. I open-raise in the CO with A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Button insta cold-calls (he's new to the table and seems a little tilty because the last few hands have taken a while with guys pondering their moves. He hates it.) SB folds. BB (seems like a solid, thinking player) calls.
Flop (3 players) (6.67SB) K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] check, check, check Turn A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] check, I bet....boring? |

Re: I bet
This is an automatic flop bet...you've represented a hand that fits nicely with that board and a wager is offering nearly 7-1 odds. You'll have no clue how to play this hand unless u bet the flop like you're supposed to.

Re: I bet
Flop bet is automatic. The button and/or bb are rasing/C'Ring with a huge range of hands here. What do you do then?

Re: I bet
If there was like 3 guys behind you, checking would be fine...but with one...he could easily have some suited connected low crap or a small pocket pair, and if he has that small pair he's going to have a helluva time calling...and then you got him to fold the best hand.
