So you assume bands you never heard of are emo? Damn you are lost when it comes to music.

Probably true, but this guy went on a little tantrum and insulted everyone.

Check out his other posts in music threads.

You might be the only other person on 2+2 whose taste I respect, and there is not even any metal on that list. But Scientists, Sonics and Swinging Neckbreakers(!) make this list full of quality. Swinging Neckbreakers are my all-time favorite bar band. I wish they played in Seattle every year. Too bad it is so far from Trenton.

More Spoon. I like the other two (Kill the Moonlight, A Series of Sneaks) better.

Sweet. Their tour dates are on Pitchfork now. They're opening the US portion here.

Any particular reason why you want entire albums? Most albums just don't seem good enough to warrant the space they consume.

Then you're listening to the wrong albums.

Some S's you are missing:

Sex Pistols - Never Mind the Bullocks
Smashing Pumpkins - Gish
Sonic Youth - Daydream Nation, Dirty, Goo
Stevie Wonder - Innervisions, Talking Book, Songs in the Key of Life
Stone Temple Pilots - Core, Purple
Strokes, The - Is This It

Some of these have probably been mentioned. I haven't read the whole thread.
