can someone give me a headsup on the Clarkmeister theory?

In short, a respected poster theorised that 100% of the time you should put in a bet if you're heads up and first to act on a 4 flush river.

I was also curious about this so I looked into it a little bit today. The main points have already been laid out in a recent thread but I think you'll find this helpful.

This thread has links to other threads, which link to other threads, etc. I haven't looked through most of it so I don't know if the 'original' thread is in there somewhere or not yet. But it should give you plenty of information about the concept.
