At Empire, they removed individual player trackers, and they assimilated all players into the same tracker. The affiliate is not going to know how much you played, and he'll just make a guess (sometimes not in your favor). So you can easily be shortchanged.

the same affiliate at a site with individual trackers can simply lie about how much your tracker says

get pokertracker or learn to accurately estimate your rake - even if your affiliate has an individual tracker it is surely in your interests to know how much rake you generated
