Default grout cleaner?

is there such a thing?
the kitchen tile grout is getting a little dirty looking, what to do? is there a product that will restore the original color or is there no hope?

CLR comes in a spray bottle (Yellow in color), it is awesome. Spray, let sit for a couple minutes wipe with sponge.

There's lots of stuff to clean this, I believe. Check out a hardware store's cleaning aisle.

At the same hardware store, go to the tile section and get a little applicator bottle of "grout sealer" Clean the grout w/your harsh chemical (CLR). This will remove some of the grout, it's normal. Rinse. Let dry overnight. Use the grout sealer. Repeat the sealer the next day. Do it a third day if you're not sick of it. Apply one coat of the sealer every 6 mos and it shouldn't happen anymore.

i put some sealer on initally about two years ago, didnt know i should reapply, fark!

heh, yeah... no one seems to know that. Multiple coats initially help a lot too.
