Default J9o in BB

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

For now please comment on the preflop call. I have no reads on anyone. I will post the rest of the hand later.

Preflop: Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, SB calls, Hero calls, UTG calls.

I make calls like that as well, especially if you think it's an isolation. I've recently been wondering if stuff like J9o and Q9o, etc are actually +EV in the BB making calls like that though, but I'd need a massive number of hands to figure out profitability of hands like that.

I suppose the flop call is questionable, but I don't think it's all that bad. Please tell me if you guys think otherwise... that it's bad, without a doubt.

I like it all so far. Two callers kinda sucks bad though. I would proceed very carefully on the turn, and be ready to give this up soon if necessary. You could easily be behind and a lot of cards that improve you also finish draws. Lots of outs against you too, I'm sure.

I think it looks good aswell. I would probably give up pretty easily on the turn though, unless you improve.

Im not sure you can fold that with the gutshot draw coming in though. You're very likely to have 6 outs, and getting 9-1 on your call is a little bit too much too fold.
