Default If you use a leaf blower...

...you're a friggin pansy.

For the last 45 minutes, there has been a high-pitch scream emanating from the house next door as my neighbor blows leaves off of his roof. He could've completed the job in the same amount of time with a good old fashioned broom and burned off 100 calories to boot. No wonder his belly's circumference has expanded about 10 inches in the last year.

I usually like to either read or play poker on my laptop outside. No more, now that fall is here. I [censored] hate these machines...

You are a moran.

Use a leaf blower and then use a rake and see which one you would rather use.

Can't afford a blower maybe?

My former roommate used a rake to clean up his room. I am quite glad he didn't use a leaf blower.

Too loud, way too friggin loud. My neighborhood is beautifully wooded. Imagine a golden and red-leafed Eden but filled never-ending piercing wails.

We have become a nation of fat, sissified bastards because we need machinery for every physical task. Two more examples: Riding lawnmowers and taking the car out to drive 1/4 mile to buy more ice cream to pad our asses. A day is coming where our pale, bloated, atrophied bodies are strapped and IV'd into an upright gurney while robots and other machinery takes care of every piece of physical labor .

Raking take longer, but who knows...you might enjoy getting some fresh oxygen in your lungs and making your sludgy blood move a bit more.

Would you mind not making a thread when that day comes, since you've already wasted our time once?

The leaf blower is one of the most terrible inventions ever. Instead of cleaning the leaves up, it just blows them somewhere else. When some decent wind comes, the mess is back everywhere. Where's the rake, you lazy bastards? where's the rake?
