Not sure about grunching or what it has to do with GrunchCan the poster.

On this board it is posting a reply in the dark, i.e. without reading the other replies first. I've never heard it anywhere else though a google reveals it is a term used in a form of coal mining . . . doubt that has anything to do with it.

GrunchCan posed the challenge for the micro limiters to respond to hands in the dark to help their play. So now people put "grunching" at the beginning of a "blind post" to indicate they have not read other posts in that thread.

Donk (n.): One who makes embarassingly bad/mindless plays with some degree of frequency. Though similar to fish, donks tend to be more agressive-stupid while fish are passive-stupid.

At least, as far as I understand...

Is this considered bad form or is it O.K. to still do this if you write "grunching" first?
